The www.indexmajor.com website and the IndexMajor mobile application are published by Siporo, a SAS company with a share capital of 1,000€, having its registered office at 231 Rue Saint-Honoré 75001 Paris Avenue, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 85361417000035 (« Siporo » or « we »).
Welcome to IndexMajor, these Terms of Use (« Terms ») govern your use of our golf gaming application and associated services.
By accessing or using Index Major, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application.
For the purposes of these Terms of Use all capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them.
Preamble
We have developed the Index Major mobile application (« the Application ») in order to motivate Users in their golf practice and for social reasons.
The Application allows Users to earn points (« Majors ») based on actions or features promoted within the Application. By way of example, Majors may be awarded to the User according to the scorecard he or she renders, or for bonus actions in the Application.
Majors are used to unlock rewards displayed in the Application.
Definitions
Application : refers to the Index Major mobile application, available on iOS and Android.
Majors Wallet : refers to the Majors balance associated with the User Account.
Account or User Account : designates the personal space dedicated to the User on the Application, which he/she accesses by registering and logging on to the Application, after having accepted the Terms of Use.
Reward(s) : refers to all the possibilities offered to the User in exchange for using the Majors, for example gift cards, virtual objects, vouchers, discounts on items, goods or services available on the Application.
Service(s) : refers to all services we provide by IndexMajor through the Website and the Application.
Website : refers to the www.indexmajor.com Internet site.
User : designates any natural person registered on the Application and holding an Account.
Visitor : refers to any person visiting the Services who is not a User.
Majors : refers to accumulated points that can only be used within the Application, notably to unlock Rewards displayed on the Application
Account Registration
To use IndexMajor, you must create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You must be at least 16 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to create an account.
Majors Tokens
IndexMajor offers virtual tokens called « Majors » that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real money.
Majors are the virtual currency within the application and have no real-world value.
You may use Majors to unlock rewards and participate in betting activities.
Rewards and Partners
Majors can be redeemed for rewards from partnered entities within the application.
The availability of rewards and partners may change at our discretion.
We are not responsible for the quality or delivery of rewards from partners.
Betting Feature
IndexMajor allows players to bet Majors against each other in certain gameplay modes.
Users participating in betting activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
IndexMajor does not endorse or encourage real-money gambling, and Majors used for betting are virtual and have no real-world value.
Fair Play and Cheating
Cheating, exploiting, or engaging in any form of unfair play is strictly prohibited.
Violation of fair play rules may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
Any attempt to manipulate or tamper with the application, including using third-party software, will lead to exclusion from IndexMajor.
User Conduct
You agree to use IndexMajor in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Offensive language, harassment, or any form of disruptive behavior is not allowed.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of IndexMajor after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Privacy
Your use of IndexMajor is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
